If you are unable to send email to, or access services from, us or our clients, use the form to send us a message. Please be detailed - who you are, what you are trying to do, bounce message headers and details, log file details, dates and times, etc. Fill in all fields or the form will be rejected.

If your access provider is being legitimately blocked, you will have to take up the issue with them.

NOTE: We no longer maintain the rbl.rope.net or rbl.apluslock.com spam block lists. If your email is being blocked by these, please let the administrators know that everything they test with those lists will cause a rejection. Thanks.
